What packages I can aim for and which big companies?
I would like some guidance on what target package I can aim for in the next six months. Currently, I earn 4.5 LPA as a Business Analyst, and I am interested in landing a position at a larger company. Which companies should I target, and what package should I aim for in the next six months? Additionally, I am flexible and open to working in a Data Analyst role. Please advise me on the key skills I should focus on mastering.

Business Analysts can aim for 8–10 LPA in big firms with the right skills. Have you explored tools like SQL or Tableau?

Data Analyst roles in MNCs can start at 6 - 8 LPA. Have you tried mock interviews to prepare for them?

I don't know about the package but I'm curious, why are you switching? Better pay, growth, or work life balance?
