They didn’t provide incentives for sales department even if we did target on time and the 2rd thing is only 20 rs per day night allowance which i thing thats not worth

In the difficult times like covid 19, the mirraw company had asked to leave the employees and tge manager told that the company owner has told that they camt effort so they had asked to leave for all the employees.

nothing they just want people to grow whoever is having referalss

they always give more to the people who are having referals as i walk for the interview there are many persons everysingle of them where rejected by asking their names and after that 2-3 persons left and 1 is having referals and all the things of them are correct so they started doing things like first they remove 1 person by saying you are not great thankyou all of our apti was good technical theory we have to write on paper that is also correct so how they would reject so now 3 left they removed me by saying everthing is good but you are not having experience although interview is for freshers so i said ok then i waited bcz my friend was there in the last 2 persons same she said bcz of experience you are not he said i have 1 yr experience they she gone again and told sry but we cant just go and finally the referal one selected so moral of the story dont go if you dont have referal .
