No job security. They dont care if you are an employee of 5 years or 6 years with them, uf your quality os less than 98% they will fire you immediately. No releaving or payslips will be provided to you. You need to download from third party portal for which they didn't create my login. They will just abandon the employees, the manager will ask you to not login from tomorrow suddenly and you will be considered as absconded. No HR or TL or manager will respond to you. Worst experience, my quality was 97.7 for one month, they put me in PIP and TL was a new guy and i was new to the project. No body assisted me on the project, updates were not shared on timely manner and the manager called me suddenly and asked not to login fron tomorrow and no HR or TL was responding, no experience letter is provided. No payslips are shared with me. I worked there for 1.4yrs with 4 years experience but they removed me just like that and also 5 of my friends who joined with me.
