Rather than telling about company ,we can talk about career in medical coding people run away if you talk about promotion , and this means no career growth , at some point of time some of the projects peope complete their work by mid day if they concentrate,but while other projects keep on working minimum of 12-15 hours during wfh putting break a side , if u ask it's getting burden they won't.
