Worst company for software developers. Lots of internal politics. There was a lady named Neha who says herself as a manager but does not know about managing a team and also zero in technical knowledge. You can survive in this company if you agree with whatever the so called manager says. Otherwise they will take disciplinary action.There is no career growth or work life balance. I was in Plexus Software Development team. You won't get Relieving/Experience letter. Beware of this company.

The worst thing was the company did not give Relieving/Experience letter for me and another 2 people. They have a policy that if we resign in probation period then they won't give Relieving/Experience letter. They work against the Labor law. Also they terminated a teammate without giving any notice or settlement. Whatever stupid thing your manager tells is right(only she is always right), else wait until appraisal and see the results....Read More

Company in bad condition now they are planning to kickout senior employees . Apprisal process done for Jan 2018 in August 31 2018 (with very low hike and only they paid last 3month arrears I don't know what culture is this. They should supposed to pay last 8 month arrears ) no career growth . They reduce all the employee benefits (food ,bus pass , fun at work etc...) compared with last year.

ISO ISI standard level company but they treated us very bad manor. Not even a single intimation they processed Jan 18 Apprisal in August 18. Food ,bus pass, cab facility, work target , no incentive etc etc... THEY DID NOT BE A STANDARDIZED COMPANY

Most of the member facing Salary issue, will got deducted without any reason and have to follow multiple time with hr no use of raising ticket and sending email won't get any response, Management is very very worst, I never seen this kind of worst management in any organisation.

Few teams tl and manager are not good again the policy they are issuing pip if the have some experience people in the project example if you are ah less experience in the project and u r learning it, at the time if the recruited any experience candidate for the team you won't be shifted to other project u will be indirectly terminated in the name of issuing pip and clearing pip is not possible especially in hospital billing...Read More
