Domination... The only word who control the over all concern... Ajuba is not except... I worked past 3 years... Management are very nice, soft and ver good approach... But on the floors OMG... Is full of politics.... It's starts from seniors... Like team leaders and associate manager... They are trying to slave us.. If we not support to senior's they are forced to resign the job... In my personal experience... I forced to resigned my work... No example needed apart from me......Read More

I worked past 3 years in ajuba.. Higher management are well... Approaching the way is very soft and the decisions making in time being.... Quite opposite of the floor management... HR and management officials are very smooth, soft and more over supporting... But in floor management very worst approach... OMG.. it's full of politics.. It's starts from seniors like team leads, floor supervisor and associate managers... They are all Culprits... So that the only reason I forced to resign my job... I hope it will never reached to higher managements... Please I request to management 90 out of 100 people's were quite from their jobs, bcos ot seniors torches... Still I like and love to work in ajuba... But it's not possible of the senior managements.......Read More
