Worst Experience while working with F&A, Audit Department and pressurising people approach is leading to a higher employee turnover/attrition ratio. Specifically in Audit Department - Head person using Geslighting Techniques to handle his subordinates, which is very much frustrating and disappointing for a Professionals like CA, CMA. And lastly "HR is a puppet of senior management."
