Worst Experience while working with F&A, Audit Department and pressurising subordinates approach is leading to a higher employee turnover/attrition ratio. Specifically in Audit Department - Head person using Gaslighting Techniques to handle his subordinates, which is very much frustrating and disappointing for a Professionals like CA, CMA. Also "HR is a puppet of senior management."
