Deducting Attendance Allowance : If we use more than one leave in a month if it is a paid leave or pending casual leave then attendance allowance is deducting in monthly salaries.If we use more than 1 casual leave in a month then attendance allowance is deducting between 500-2000 rupees based on the CTC's. Most of the employees working here are all night shifters. So am I. I work the night shift and during the end of the shift or hours nearing to the end of the shift we don't have general facilities that a company usually provides to night shift workers.( Food and Beverages). It would be really helpful if there was a Cafe kind of a thing that operates during the night until early hours in the morning....Read More
