My job is as much secured here. I got an opportunity to learn various fields other than mechanical which is my specialization. Reporting of work progress of checkdam, free boring, ponds are part of my reponsibilities. Team and seniors are very cooperative here.

Work pressure is very high sometimes. You have to be there to perform the task which is even not the part of your duty. Problems remains unsolved many times due to imbalance management.

My role is to manage daily, weekly, monthly and overall reporting of ongoing projects of checkdam, boring, wells, ponds etc. Few times I have to manage the field staff and the head office.
