career growth is well enhanced due to the government previous updates and vingilance.there is job security since terms of service are permanent and pensionable.salaries are paid on time and as agreed with the government。there is a great room for innovation and creativity to improve service delivery

politics influence the quality of care provided as well as the supplies to the facilities,work life balance is poor since more time is spent at work than with the family.travel is also limited due to the tight duty schedules .u get to travel only when on leave

The company is good, though we are lagging behind in terms of technology, and critical drugs to use. The government is try to restock drug and buy needed technology but the working environment is good and health and we always work as a team.

Dislikes

The current situation in my country shortage of resources both material and human resources.
