This company has to be one of the worst I've had the misfortune of working in. Initially, their communication seemed to be promising. but as soon as they tasted a bit of success, where in people hard work was involved and trusted there vision, arrogance took over. The Glaring disparity between the treatment of employees at the HO and those working tirelessly in the warehouse is allaliuing. This favoritism has been cultivated, leaving others feeling undervalued and demoralized. The HR Department, supposedly the backbone of employee support, is an absolute disaster. They are utterly incompetent, unsupportive, and completely lack empathy. Even during times of illness, employees are treated as mere cogs in the machine, forced to work regardless of their health.
