Likes

Good to start with but not for long run..Maximum 1year as you have to improve your skill on your own,no one will help you. Increment is negligable.

Dislikes

Work culture is totally vogus. You will get assignments like a peon or maid servant whatever your qualification is. You have to own a oil mill to get increment in your salary.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
