Well the Team was working with was amazing. My Manager was there for me and supported wherever he could. After two years I now realise the values I got added in me while working under him. God Bless managers like him.

Very Unprofessional in terms of Salary & Work culture. Might fire you even if you complete your targets. Functions on the whims and fancies of directors. Don't consider to join if you have chance. I lost my 2 years career to petty politics of management. 4 months after resignation, Dues still pending

Things i like about mindlance is they have politicians working in the face of managers everyone likes to roll a whip at their team members to get things done. Irrespective they know nothing, if a day comes they are asked to work as an IC for a week they may loose their jobs working as managers or beyond.

Dislikes

Favouritism, Biased work environment, fake happy and productive environment showcased to bosses sitting in US. No meals, No proper transportation facilities, no general feedbacks taken for recruiters about any challenges if they are facing during their course of recruitment.

Overall it’s a good company only if you are assigned with a Manager who knows how recruitment works.

Amit Pahuja’s portfolio is worst. He knows nothing except for sending out email written by ChatGPT. He’ll be a nightmare, always micromanages. Doesn’t even know how recruitment works, how to talk to candidates, clients and colleagues. I don’t know why company kept him, he is hampering the productivity by introducing silly processes.All I think is, those who don’t know how to work, they become process oriented so no questions will be asked if anything goes wrong.
