No process in the company, few people are having attitude like they are the owner of the company, no work life balance, hectic work culture, daily u will have work for 16-18 hrs, every Saturday working, no management of timelines, pramotion will get on the basis of favoritism not on your performance, forget about work life balance

Company is into Fintech domain and it is great opportunity to work with this company. Organisation also provide opportunities for fresher which is good start up there carrier.

Appraisal, work culture is worst, they will call you anytime based on bank requirements. Sometimes they will ask you to come on shift timing Worst things: they will ask developer to do support job, shift job

Small scale company and working in High pressure and high work load at client side. It's difficult to balance personal life and corporate life.
