Pay is great and they have nice products. Bonus and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Growth of employees is not prioritized, work pressure is more due to ad-hoc unplanned activities. All websites blocked learning is difficult in this environment. Appraisal process is not transparent some people without putting much efforts gets same appraisal as the person putting most of the efforts.

- Poor HR policies, must complete at least 45 hours of work in a week otherwise salary deducted - Poor work life balance, unavalaibility of flexible work timings and work from home, you might get called on a Saturday - Poor code quality, no peer reviews, no streamlining for deployments and no dedicated teams for UAT - Poor management, no JIRA tickets, no organization of resources in general - Poor culture, office politics, toxic environment, ...

Nothing. Its good for freshers to learn new things but not good for experienced associates. Its on your attitude how you put efforts to learn things.

1. Salary is below standards. 2. Poor Career Growth. 3.Improper resource management with regards to the work and inadequate resources. 4. Zero work life balance. 5. Unprofessional HR team. Rude responses to employee concerns 6. Poor OT and allowance policies, NSA does not exist here.

12+ working hours.Saturdays working.Extension of notice period upon resignation.Already working employees will scare new employees and discourage them.

...while u face issue on proceedure 3.no job security. 4.no career growth at all 5. Salary is on time but if u resign they dont give salary on time 6. No travel policy if they put u on client location they dont give u travell allowance its terrible. 7.

Same as above Will definitely not recommend to anyone.. Its pathetic When u join the company hr say u will be in company location but once u join they change the statement. No hr management No team management Manager dont share there knowledge once u get a issue than they speak aboit issues not knowledge sharing .
