Good work environment and best culture, teammates are good not beter but its good and the management is good company policy are good and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Worst culture Job security is zero% Management fire directly without any consent..they fire immediately at 5.30 15 resigns in last 3 months.. Whole dept give resign like SCM, Maintenance because higher management is corrupted Check news about the corruption did by management

Corruption in every single purchase Specially in project New Machines are in worst conditions They blame lower people and fire them immediately but higher management is steady because all are corrupted jointly Even I was forced to be a part of their corruption
