Work culture is great, they provide good salary packages, all the department is very cooperative. Work life balance is great . It is the most professional healthcare organisation.

Consultants are good. You get to know about patient counselling, withdrawal management etc.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. There is politics going on at every level. The operations manager and HR department of the company puts unnecessary pressure on employees and makes it difficult to work. Employees don't stay here for longer periods because of the same reasons, be it duty doctor/ nursing team/ psychologists/ psychiatrists. The ones who stay, are involved in politics, hence, making their way through the years, only to get humiliated in the end. The work environment is just so hostile. Also, the HR department is very incompetent towards their duties. They don't even think it's necessary to convey beforehand about the job responsibilities during the interview but still want you to perform those after joining, even if they form the major part of your role in the company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
