There is nothing to like here. The employees are constantly under pressure, hence they also get toxic to be around with.

Dislikes

The entire management is pathetic. The owner of the hospital doesn’t even know how to talk to the employees. The day he is in the hospital, everyone is left on their toes about who will get scolded and who will be threatened. He is verbally abusive and zero on empathy inspite of being a psychiatrist. Lost my sleep during the months I worked there. Anyone and everyone is at risk of being fired. Every two months, they post a job opening for psychologists. The head Psychologist is no better and thinks she knows everything about mental health and can never be wrong. I am surprised about how a mental health institution can be so toxic to their own employees that everyone has lost hope of growing and is constantly depressed. You have to submit your phones and ur not allowed to use ur phone for the entire day. Like what sense does it make. It’s 2022 for heavens sake. Pathetic work experience....Read More
