Only the colleagues were good.

Dislikes

The management is poor. There is no training provided. No job security. No work life balance. Poor work from home policies. Policies are only for show, they change it according to their will without proper intimation. Neither employee engagement nor employee satisfaction. No proper communication or coordination. No leaves at all. Asked to work on sundays sometimes. Would also extend work timings. No professionalism even from the management and HR....Read More
