There is nothing here to like.

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is very bad, there is no growth here. Cleaning also very bad. Washroom facility and water facility so very bad. Job security is zero here. Behaviour of director is also very bed with all staff and workers. And also duty timing is 11 hours for all staff and workers, and also after that they want to do work with forcely. Like every person will think about their job, that's why they have to do work in extra time. And they didn't get extra pay for this....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
