It's pure luck that Aaidea Solutions comes under essential services. Throughout lockdown, the company had managed to continue its business and tried to reach to the maximum. We have been receiving our salary on the 1st if every month and that itself says how good the company has been doing for itself and for its employees.

Terrible work culture and pressure. 12-14hrs work everyday and also on holidays with zero appreciations. No incentive, bonus. Lot of unnecessary SOP have to be followed which has zero productivity.
