Planning and execution of projects. Maintenance of system also gives utmost satisfaction as we get the knowledge about goodness in systems as well as shortcomings which needs to be rectified using different methods. Overall every work is enjoyable if we are honest in working.

Dislikes

Some people having less knowledge gives buden to others as we have to do their works which hamper our output.

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work pressure, time bonding workload. There are very big contravercy between Army and civilians JCO equivalent to CGO ie AGE or AE but the JCO can't work as a AGE. Our senior JCOs work under his junior CGO.
