Its basically a beautiful organisation with right blend of Army and civilian component. But ground reality is entirely different as Organisational interest in non issue in day to day functioning.

Dislikes

The Department has essentially become welfare Organisation for Army officers at the cost of interest of State where reservation of 50% for Army officers comes without meeting any eligibility criteria.This facility is not available even to SC/ST where reservation comes out of Constitutional provisions.

We are here for establishing infrastructure for Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, DRDO and ordenence factories with lot of spirit and high dedication. Ensuring trouble free service to the country's defence.. Defence work procedure, RMES and Scales of Accommodation show us right procedures about work which was introduced by British govt and ammended time to time. Though work culture is very good in MES, there's is great failure on development of employee life..merely offering only one promotion or sometime no promotiona till retirement Mixing of cadre with civilians and military personnel created lots of criticism. ....Read More
