Permanent Govt Industrial staff is non co-operative and is of 3rd class level in terms of work management and behavior 😑

MES is a Govt organization which looks after the infrastructure developments of all the three armed forces ie Army, Airforce and Navy including DRDO,Ordnance factories etc, right at concept stage till completion and subsequent maintenance.
