Here at Miles the synergies between the teams and within the team is absolutely fantastic. The leadership is eccentric, approachable and empathizing. The company policies are largely neutral and employee friendly. The atmosphere is very lively and full of energy. Best part is that we have 50-50 ratio on both genders at the work place. We have women in leadership and senior management roles too.

I have recently migrated from Sales team to the Marketing team. I am tasked with Performance Marketing and in charge of day to day ad campaigns. End to end campaign management including reporting and discussions with the senior management.
