I have completed one year with Miles. For me Miles is everything. The way I got support from top management to bottom is marvelous. Basically the work life balance is superb. Which makes me to balance my every thing from personal to professional life.company policies are best.last I would like to say Miles is family for me.

Every organization is not perfect.in every organisaton there is something which you likes or dislikes. All these things are negligible for me.

Miles Education is one of the bestest places to work. Work culture and environment is so positive that everytime I go to the office I feel motivated. People (colleagues) are very helpful and kind and always stand to help each other. MANAGEMENT - Varun and Meenakshi are so friendly with their teams that I don't think any owner of the companies will be Vice President - Ravi is our MENTOR, VISIONARY and GUIDE. Everyday in the morning (meet) he motivates us and encourages us. He is one of the bosses who thinks about his teams before him. He cares for everyone like a father figure. Always ready to help and he is the one who stands by you in a difficult time. I have completed only 11 months in the company but I feel its my own organization. Its really wonderful working here at MILES (Kolkata). As the company is transparent with their employees about everything. Starting from Sub-ordinates, Colleagues, general manager, VP, HR every one are good in behavior at ethics at each and everything... Everyone gets attention over here.. there is no partiality here..
