Work life at Miles Education is good and they care about each other. My job is to work closely with the Institutions and meet them on regular basis about our offerings. It will be great learning experience for a people like us.

Ok, but can't expect secured job. No ethics on hiring and firing. HR team is incapable enough. One man organization, no etiquette and no policies.

Dislikes

HR system and they follow a system of monitoring daily activities which is not good enough, the system they follow in claim reimbursement too.
