I am going to celebrate my first work anniversary at Miles Education in a couple of weeks. Miles is one of the best place to grow by career and financially. Good management and Team. Mr. Varun Jain and Mrs. Meenakshi are the founders of Miles Education. At Miles I met the best leader , Mr Ravi T (CRO), our Mentor, Our Captain, a different personality, I am so inspired. We starting our day at Miles with Mr. Ravi T in PAN India meetings. He motivating us, encouraging the the team. He never miss a single chance to appreciate us. Big Brother.. My Chennai, Miles family, team members are helping each others to create success stories. Siva and Jackie are amazing leaders and very supportive GMs. So dedicated. The good thing about Miles Education is that the top level management is easily to approach and help. Management is very clear about the roles & responsibilities of each and every employee of the company.

Dislikes

Training has to given little more priority. There should be sessions for balance between personal & professional life.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage day-to day of the entire sales & operations of the city.As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Good Environment, Great Place to work, safe and secured place for women's, Learning more about the CPA and CM courses. Managers are giving genuine feedback of the employees. Daily we will get a motivational speech, which help me to work more confident.

It is was an important role that making students and professionals (Acct/Finance) to know about the benefits of the course, it is a challenging job. Getting good support from the Managers and Management.
