The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that has a global client base, No.1 education provider. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Only drawback is work-life balance as every sales process have targets and to achieve the same we have to dedicate more time.

I work here as the best person to lead the sales team is Ravi T the CRO (chief revenue officer ) who motivates us & takes care of us like we are his children ,brothers & sisters. He motivates us to the core . Even being a CRO he is down to earth & approachable . Its like someone to look to be in the future . The entire sales team believes in him & he never lets anyone down . The company is amazing to work with & helps you up to be a professional . The owners of the company Varun & meenakshi Jain are also very friendly nice, have never seen such down to earth owners in my entire life they are open to suggestions & feedback although they are the owners of the company. where on earth will you get owners like them and a CRO like Ravi T. The good thing about Miles Education is that the top level management is easily to approach and help. Management is very clear about the roles & responsibilities of each and every employee of the company.

Training has to given little more priority. There should be sessions for balance between personal & professional life.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage day-to day of the entire sales & operations of the city.As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Good Environment, Great Place to work, safe and secured place for women's, Learning more about the CPA and CM courses. Managers are giving genuine feedback of the employees. Daily we will get a motivational speech, which help me to work more confident.

I had interviewed and was about to join but they provide 3X work as they think they are paying too much salary. They want senior to work 3 times as they are paying the salary I have asked. They do not even provide any relieving letter so never recommended anyone to join this organization.
