This is the worst company I have worked ever, zero quality of life, we can see here height of exploitation and harassment, zero benefits and infinite stress.

Work Details

Here I am only chief engineer but company requires more staff, they give all load to one person from different fields like procurement, planning, QC, dispatch, project and after sales service etc all this I have to do alone.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Basically it is owner based company & Increments are so good here, but very less facilities in factory promises, manual work, no system, no PC for technical work, living in 19th century. Bonus & Full n final policy best in class. Processing is deeply classified and quick. No unloading facilities for heavy material. Bad infrastructure. Overall good place to work for max. 2 years.

Manual work, unnecessary pressure, poor facilities for staff members
