MCM basic in hand is too small, compared to the Market level. On top of that, they have a 3 Months rolling in your incentives. Imagine you make only 10k-15k incentives for the month and they split it in 3 parts. It's OK to follow the 3 Months rolling if a person makes 1 lakh or above incentives on an average. I believe the company must be investing the employees incentives somewhere taking the advantage of 3 months rolling. And the worst part is if you get moved to IBKOB, it really sucks, they won't let you make incentives. 90% of the calls are only Service calls where you don't get any credits for the hard work that you put through the entire shift. IBKOB has the lowest incentives index compared to other workgroups. You also have to do all kinds of shifts (Eve/Mid/Mid2/Sunrise) with no fixed week offs. You work like anything, with a lot of sacrifices but at the end of the day you don't get what you deserve. They also have a lot of deduction criteria like X1X2 where you get 30% to 70% incentives deduction of your hard earned money, along with 5% to 10% incentives deduction on CSAT. Other workgroups have the incentives index of 26k, 29k, 36k, 40k+ or more with much better multiplier and not much of deduction criteria. Accounts are assigned to OB workgroups, even if the person is on leave for the entire month as long as the consumers set up the payments via; IB calls or online Website, they still get the credits. Whereas, IBKOB workgroup incentives index is 18k, that too with a lot of deductions Criteria not allowing you to make money after so much hard work is being invested in servicing calls all day.
