i like the fact that employees are given opportunity to show their skill and creativity. Employees are given liberty to share ideas and solution. Work culture is neither good nor bad and entirely depends on HOD. Company policies are very flexible and depends on HOD.Job security is dynamic in nature.

Refrain from randomly hiring people and once hired do not fire them till they get opportunity as they end destroting carrier of people. Need to implement reporting levels and management must not break the hierarchy. Learn to treat older staff as assets and not liability. create meaningful policies.

Work life balance was on bitter side as i reports to CMD who was very dynamic and inconsistent in decisions and kept intervening on day to day work. taking short leaves was rough. but learning was great
