It's a great experience working with microtek. Getting good vibes and so much good environment. Management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Microtek need to save papers. In 2023 we are but still old method using for submit expenses in written. So its take 35 pages per month per employee. Need to so everything on application or Excel.

Upto 2020 Microtek Was Best Place To Work. They Had Very Good Brand Image In Market. Sales Peoples Were Also Getting Respect In Market. That Brand Name Is Still Helping Employees In Market.

After 2020 Microtek Changed All Products Quality And Shifted To Very Low Quality Product. For Sales People Day Start With Complaint From Market. Not Any Schemes Distributed To Dealers In Time. The company is very good, but the senior people there practice nepotism. They only allow their brothers and family members to move ahead.Even if someone is doing good work, they try to remove him. They always want to replace him with a family relative.

What to talk about job security when they have to be removed, then if they simply transfer you to a place where you will not be able to go and the salary is low, then it is not even possible that you will say yes, otherwise you will be compelled to resign.And why would anyone want to quit their job?

1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4.
