This company in India started off with some good management, and over the years it bit the dust.

Employees are not valued, you are just a commodity for them. The management is terrible. There is no transparency. Job security is zero, you can laid off at the drop of a hat, with lame explanations. The management is biased - they will lay off existing employees and fill the positions with their known people from the circle even though their skillsets and experience doesnt fit. Teamcenter team is very nice. Good work environment and work culture is very nice

Hike pattern is not at all good in micron they should maintain a minimum hike cycle every year which is missing

Worse incompetent managers, thrown by other companies and picked by micron. Senior management does not care about anyone. No skill assessment, they will interview on coding skills and won't give you any dev. Projects at all. If you have some work from homes they will make sure you can't take them. Disrespectful behaviour if you workwith Singapore team and manager won't help you, they will scold you instead and ask you to keep working....Read More
