This company in India started off with some good management, and over the years it bit the dust.

Employees are not valued, you are just a commodity for them. The management is terrible. There is no transparency. Job security is zero, you can laid off at the drop of a hat, with lame explanations. The management is biased - they will lay off existing employees and fill the positions with their known people from the circle even though their skillsets and experience doesnt fit. Micron is an excellent firm. - Amazing WLB - Amazing Manager and Leads. (US and India) - The projects are great. - Excellent pay. - Work is hybrid but I enjoy more in office rather than home.

Worse incompetent managers, thrown by other companies and picked by micron. Senior management does not care about anyone. No skill assessment, they will interview on coding skills and won't give you any dev. Projects at all. If you have some work from homes they will make sure you can't take them.
