Irresponsible, Unprofessional and Un-empathetic HR processes and team members. Most projects in India don't have future growth, or guideline. They didn't need to open India Operations, they followed the fad of opening Tech Center in India now they regret it. It's was a well established mature company with a veteran new CEO, but now the veteran has lost control to Investors and is now fostering a startup culture where you don't have work-life balance. Due to the future expansion Micron Financials are affected. So instead of Investors compromising, Micron made employees compromise forcefully with salary hike cuts, bonus suspension, rewards suspensions, and now finally job cuts.
