I spent nearly 3 years in this function . Too many politics in IT-I&O Department. Every 6 months new leader, with new strategy . You just need to praise manager and put butter to get Elevation to your role and promotion . Zero professionalism in Team meetings , Mangers threaten employees , Senior Manger treats Mangers like school students .few managers are acting obedient with Senior Manger to get their November promotions . This company in India started off with some good management, and over the years it bit the dust.
