Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

There is no job security. Work culture is not so good. Here manager will decide everything irrespective of your hard working. Here company not properly judging employee skills and knowledge. Lot of ignorance in evaluating right employee hence good employee are leaving this company.

Company or management is not properly evaluating right employee. Simply giving promotion to employee who have low skills. Everything deciding by manager there is no proper scale. Manager also not from technical background.
