Microland offers good learning opportunities and exposure, but there are major issues that need attention. The work-life balance is poor, with employees often expected to work long hours without breaks, even during critical situations. Resources are limited, and there are too many dependencies, making it hard to complete tasks smooth ly<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The salary is much lower compared to market standards, which doesn’t match the effort employees put in</mark>. Some senior managers, who have been with the company for a long time, act like they are the only reason the company is running, which creates a negative work culture.
