Here employees work is disturbed in percentages which is 100% but he ends up working for multiple customers and work more than 100% and he gets hike very very less than dedicated projects between 3 -5% also your work team with whom you work TDU and RM Who will be from CDU have lot of differences here, there is no coordination between employee and RM, since one is managing technical and other is focused on delivery, RM is least bother about HDU employees don't know how to sync up or recent organization changes have made it worse than before.
