Really nothing I liked about MGN, as there is no much job security, worse management, company policies were really not good. It’s not even a good place to work for even freshers as they ruien Carrier with keeping bond for 2/2+ years for all freshers and no much opportunities to Learn n grow!!

Dislikes

Working culture and environment. The HR policies were really worse. Don’t expect hike when you go with bond, even one are performing beyond expections. The pay is even lesser than watch keeper at gates!!

Just work. No other expectations! It was worse. People n Mangement doesn’t respect employees and their problems. And girls don’t expect security over their! The worse company I have ever worked with

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The following things I like about the company:- 1- The Management Team 2- The Work Culture i.e very flexible. 3- Quick response from the team.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the company, my thought is this is our responsibility to make things balance and better.
