Worse and fake hiring procedures. No pip or review sustems. No True HR people in HR. Hire n fire company with people working there for ages and just making money. The worse people there are the Head of the office, who only talks and treats people like his servants, and gives all fake gyaans in all videos and stuffs , then is the so called sp team which has no sense of HR. and if anyone speaks up against some seniors they get kicked out and no body does anything. These PPL hire blindly irrespective of the profile . The management is clueless . Only bootlickers and politics playing PPL can survive here . No career growth can be expected. Projects are very poor here nothing can be learnt from it. Mangers think themselves as god . People with zero knowledge about manager positions are hired as managers who think they are the Don of the team . Employees who laugh at their jokes constantly giggle around them for no reasons are given benefits and appraisal . Very good work life balance. You will get two days of WFH in a month. 5-day job for engineer and above category.

Dislikes

Worst management and no proper vision for the Chennai plant. Though the Michelin group is having good culture but this will not be applicable for Chennai. Senior management at site level is worst. Very high attrition and all the core values are in paper but not followed.
