Not standard protocol, rules and regulations for confirmation of employee More than 7 years to get confirmation or even less than 6 months depend on leader. No appraisal no increment.

The place was good to work, a great learning experience the staff was good and was helpfull in all aspects. Teaching experience was wonderful

Growth factor was not there, the payout was not upto the mark, there were politics though.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
