Some of the managers recruited from GM are here in this organisation and location from start and they feel that they can treat there subordinate like the way they want they actually don't realise that the culture they are developing will be applied to there son and daughter also. There is no scope of improvement in this organisation. People at senior level are incompetent. I have worked with so many big automobile organisation but never seen such pathetic work ethics.

Incompetent management No direction to grow Simply copy paste models from China to India. Just replication of Chinese vehicles and hoping to earn in India. Sad approach towards any problems. No mindset to problem solving.
