MG motor is good platform for learning new technology in automotive market like infotainment, telematics and ADAS. And talk about work culture is very good like MNC and give the other benefits for employees as well.

Talks about dislike so yes politics is everywhere so here it is also and less training for employees.

The plant is situated 45 km away from the city of Vadodara. HALOL is not an urban setting. Most employees have to travel a minimum of 2 hours everyday. The company doesn’t consider this and always expects employees to put in extra hours. Almost all managers are two faced, pro at dumping blame on subordinates. There is no scope of improvement in this organisation. People at senior level are incompetent. I have worked with so many big automobile organisation but never seen such pathetic work ethics.

Incompetent management No direction to grow Simply copy paste models from China to India. Just replication of Chinese vehicles and hoping to earn in India. Sad approach towards any problems. No mindset to problem solving.
