Its been 2 years since I have joined Mfine.I am very happy to be part of mfine family.Since it had brought the health care system to door steps which is more useful,convenient,staisfactory and mainly in this covid 19 situation to the patient and healthcare system too,where indirectly the burden has reduce and panic has been reduced and brings reassurance to the patients.Being a doctor I never though that one day we can see the patients through online and guide them accordingly .But mfine made it possible where you can get access to all the top specialist from all over INDIA for all speciality.Which is more convenient,economic and tention free . Coming to the job security ,you are doing your work sincerely,obediently and smartly with following all the rules where the motto is to give 100% care to the patient and bring justice to the case where their concern is met and where the whole consultation is satisfactory and helpful to patient ,then you need to worry regarding the security ,since its secured . Work culture is really good with best senior Doctors to guide us and cooperative colleagues. Coming to management ,they are understanding and helpful always. In this covid situation they have given the provision to work from home at convenience through out the process ,constantly supporting the employees which made us and family tention free and more convenient to take care of the family members too. When many of our family members diagnosed with COVID 19 positive ,emotionally I was very week and shattered .I consulted multiple specialist from mfine to all of them where senior Dr consoled and guided me to take care of them at home .With their constant guidance was able to treat them which made me realise that how lucky we are to have mfine and more luckier to be a part of it and proud too. Overall learning Experience was good .their process is nice and Easy to Handle until and Unless staff make it easy. Work culture is poor ..management is disorganised ..

Firstly they told that it will 6 months Work from home . Then suddenly it was work from office they provided none of the facilities to employees mentioned below: No cab facility in Delhi area ..no meal facility ..odd working hours ..Office is very Dirty and undity ...staff is full of attitude and not very helpful . In Company politics this comes in number one ..they put blame on employees without analzyling what was the actual mistake or error . Staff is very uncultured in delhi base. .all they can say that employees are unprofessional but the reality is seniors itself dont know about professionalism..!!...Read More

The positive work culture, welcoming new ideas and initiatives, fair chance to express yourself.

Dislikes

Team size being small, requires high indulgence in execution. Also management gets involved in some day to day executions, which though is a positive aspect considering getting the chance to work with the CXOs; but regular intervention leads to decision making in smaller windows.
