Where do we start? Mfine has no vision to solve problems or to improve their existing business on a holistic level. The management is extremely revenue centric. Irony is they won’t approve any improvements in product or changes that will improve user experience. The work life balance is horrendous where you are expected to work for10+ hours everyday without complaining. You are overworked and underpaid. Oh, they change their payroll rules very conveniently, making sure no one gets their bonus either. Being associated to the company does no credit to one’s resume either. The learning curve needs to be worth being overworked (Aka struggle/hustle) but if the company’s vision is as blurred, there’s nothing coming out of it....Read More
