You will have good work life balance. Gym or life improvement program reimbursement provided. Good place for freshers and starting seniors to learn more in domain and technology. Leads will have some management sessions arranged for collaboration with their managers. Sometimes they arrange for life improvement programs outside. Have team lunches. Short travel experiences for leads.

Dislikes

Smaller working space. Same space reshuffled and used between different teams. So that's why we have hybrid working model. But not sure how it's going to help in long run. The culture improved a bit but still it needs improvement in the people's mindset. Most of them were in settled mindset and remain stagnant from moving ahead in further position or designation. From last 2 years we can see several internal promotions happened but still we can sense same. Management people need to change their way of work with their subordinates. Not pointing to all but some were still hesitant to change how they work with leads, senior devs, etc., still following their own legacy standards and work style, sometimes makes people annoying.
