The manager I was working under was the worst person I've ever worked with he just had personal grudges with everyone and will try to spoil your life with his negative thoughts and he doesn't have a good accent of English which turns out the clients to get a bad repo about the organisation neither he knows how to handle the closure and have good knowledge about the skill set which requires in this job role but he'll be blaming others and pressurize others and create a toxic environment. I've been with this company for a while, and I've noticed a concerning trend in the management. It appears that only employees who are close to the country head receive substantial support and opportunities without asking. We've seen instances where individuals who dared to express differing views from the Country Head were terminated within a week be careful with him. Their HR systems are poorly managed, and what's worse is that the HR team frequently crosses boundaries by discussing employees' personal lives. I hope the company realizes the necessity of having a skilled HR Manager who can foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure the well-being of its employees. Too many, the space will fall short if i write about my whole experience. The gist of the matter is that this is a lala company, managed by two friends and their relatives. Don't be fooled by their websites and office decor. You will regret once you start working here. The management consists of the most pathetic people you will ever meet in your life. Demarco Thomas is a good man but those two sindhi directors are making a fool of him in terms of everything. Rest of the top management is a bunch of inexperienced people hired on a higher designation for lower salary (than standards). This company does not have a regular process. They only hire casually for a process and then fire the employee when the process ends. They are laundering money in India and US with the help of group companies and affiliated companies. This abysmal company bills a minimum of $15 per hour per employee to US based clients and does not even pay Rs. 150 per hour (<$2) to its employees in India. They are avoiding taxes and other compliances (like PF, PT, ESI) in India and not paying GST on many services they take and give. This company should be reported to tax authorities for all kinds of audit since inception. Then, everything will be unearthed. That farji indian director in USA has opened this company on his father in laws name, just to avoid his name in any wrongdoing and his nephew is the director with 3 years of experience. The company is registered in Gujarat but works from Karnataka and Punjab. The most amazing thing is that former employees like me have opened a rival company and have taken majority of clients that this company had. The most hilarious thing is that they advertise on their website that they have 200 trucks or companies that they dispatched but in reality they never crossed 40 at one go.
