yes i am like working at Metro Cash and carry because this is excellent work place .please find blow list of Metro Employee Benefits. 1- Job Security Your job secure in Metro Cash and carry untill unless you don't break any Metro policies that's is if you steal or fight with someone, no one fire you. 2- Work Culture Metro working culture is too much smooth no any heavy stress on a single person. Metro management is very polite with employees. Metro is a big example of team woking. 3- Metro Cash and Carry Policies if i am talking on metro policies for employees so listen. 1-PF is the best policy for employee. 2-Leaves polices for employee is too much nice because if you have other leave that's is, if you sick long time so metro pay full salary and any bonus. 3-Metro pay after 6 month one basic salary as a LFA bonus for family. 4-Metro have transport facility for woman....Read More

The biggest reason for not working in Metro is that if you pay better from the beginning of Metro work than there is no better place to work.
