Splendid Job by Metlife by providing everyone Laptop which enable us to get back to our Native with family and also support Business. This is very crucial time and hence being symbiotic is essential.

Dislikes

Business strategy is bit slow, hence few challenges occurred,however were able to solved eventually. Career growth here is very slow. This is one of the area where Metlife needs to work upon.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.
